Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the EazTimber mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

EazTimber is a timber CFT (Cubic Feet) calculator application that provides:

• Cut Size CFT calculations
• Round Log CFT calculations
• Lagging Size & Cholsa calculations
• Save & manage calculation records
• Party (customer/supplier) management
• Subscription-based premium features

Account Registration

To use EazTimber you must register with your mobile number and verify via OTP. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use immediately

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.

Subscription Plans

EazTimber offers both free and paid subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment is charged to your selected payment method
• Subscriptions are valid for the purchased duration
• No automatic renewals — each purchase is one-time
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay

Local Data Storage

Timber calculations you perform are stored locally on your device. This means:

• Your calculation history is private and stored on-device only
• We do not upload or access your calculation data
• Clearing app data or uninstalling will delete local calculations
• We are not responsible for lost local data

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services

Intellectual Property

EazTimber and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, text, logos, and software) are owned by EazTimber and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal or business timber calculation purposes.

Accuracy of Calculations

EazTimber provides timber calculations as a convenience tool. While we strive for accuracy:

• Verify all calculations before commercial use
• We are not liable for errors from incorrect data input
• Results may vary based on industry-specific measurement standards
• Consult a professional for large commercial transactions

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EazTimber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid in the last 3 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Upon deletion, your account is soft-deleted and may be permanently purged after a retention period.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or your registered mobile number. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Third-Party Services We Use

By using EazTimber, you acknowledge that we rely on the following trusted third-party services to operate the app. Each provider is governed by their own terms and privacy policy.

• Razorpay — Payment processing for subscription purchases. Your payment data is handled directly by Razorpay and governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase (Google) — Push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Hostinger — Cloud hosting for our backend servers. Governed by Hostinger's Privacy Policy.

We do not control these providers' data practices. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
